What is the weather and cancellation policy?
Tours will proceed in light rain. In the case of severe weather, we will contact you to reschedule or provide a full refund. Should your plans change, cancellations made at least 7 days before the event are eligible for a full refund.
What should I bring or wear?
We recommend comfortable, non-slip footwear and light layers. Depending on the tour, sunglasses and a hat are advised for hot summer days.
Are children allowed on tours and events?
Yes, we are a family-friendly agency! We provide appropriately sized life jackets for infants and children. Please let us know the number of kids in your party during booking.
How early should I arrive for departure?
To ensure a smooth check-in and boarding process, we request that all guests arrive at the dock at least 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
